Our Plan
The Master Plan.
The new community will be a beautiful walkable, bikeable neighborhood, just a mile from downtown and Central Washington University. The twin lakes are existing, and the new development will extend a series of canals and ponds around the lakes, and into a network of greenways, parks and open spaces. This illustrative Master Plan shows the proximity to Interstate 90 (to the south) and Canyon Road (to the west), the doorstep of Ellensburg.

Regulating Plan
Our planned project will embody a mixed use feel while incorporating residential, commercial, and entertainment aspects of 211 acres of beautiful real estate. Protection of natural resources is at the forefront of our decision to feature waterways, ponds, and canals throughout the development; as well as the addition of parks and walking trails to promote healthy interest in our community. These design guidelines will help to cement our mission of bringing a wholesome thriving lifestyle to the city of Ellensburg.
